Whitehorse United Church has a commercial-grade kitchen located downstairs off of Lewis Hall.  The kitchen is available for rental on it's own if desired, and would not include the use of Lewis Hall.  Note that no deep fat frying is allowed on the premises, and the user is expected to return the kitchen to its original state (including removal of all food from the fridge) within the rental period.
