Lewis Hall is located downstairs, and flexible seating configurations are available. Standing capacity of Lewis Hall is 300.  Seated capacity is 150, or 120 with tables.  There are chairs and tables available for use in Lewis Hall, and the renter is responsible for setup and takedown.

There are also a wall-mounted television and piano included in the rental of this space.

If a small sound system is needed, this may be provided at an additional cost.  This would include one microphone and amplifier system. Please inquire if this is desired.

Regular rental rates for Lewis Hall start at $180 for 1/2 a day (4 hours).

Note that Lewis Hall rentals do not include use of the kitchen.  If the kitchen is also required, the two spaces may be rented together for $250 for 1/2 a day (4 hours).
